Check in is 4pm on the day of arrival and Holidaymakers must vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure
No bookings are valid until confirmed by the Owner by email.
Once a booking is confirmed by the Owner, the Holidaymaker is responsible for the full balance of the cost of the holiday. This shall be paid not later than 28 days before the booking is due to commence.
The Owner reserves the right to re-let any holiday where any monies due are more than 14 days in arrears. However, if the Owner is unable to re-let the holiday the Holidaymaker will remain liable for the outstanding balance of the cost of the holiday.

The Owner will provide all bedding and towels. If a booking is made that lasts more than seven days the Owner will arrange for beds to be changed, house to be cleaned and fresh towels will be provided.
Holidaymakers wishing to take pets on holiday must abide by the following rules: Responsible pet owners are welcome and the following applies to all bookings: one small, well behaved dog is permitted. However young pets i.e. puppies MUST be declared to the Owner at the time of booking and authorised by the Owner.
